Linett has pursued the project for 25 years, beginning research (and the search for) the original master tapes.
“It’s the Holy Grail of Brian (Wilson) and the Beach Boys canon,” Linett said. “It’s totally unique and more complicated and involved in anything I’ve ever done in 40 years of making records.”
