Brian Wilson, that sun-kissed stud whose Californian charm stole the heart of many a young lady in the 1960s, made the sojourn to the East Coast this past week for another low-key-yet phenomenal-show in downtown Providence. Last wednesday* the brisk New England wind nipped at passersby and evening commuters who trekked past that unassuming brick building on Washington Street known as Lupo's Heartbreak Hotel.
