I always kind of liked that the Beach Boys song "Wouldn't It Be Nice" was a fairly uncritical view of teenage love, letting the kids fantasize about how awesome things would be if they were old enough to run away together and play house for the rest of their lives.But apparently Disney, uncharacteristically, wants to shatter all childhood notions of romance, and is developing the comedy Wouldn't It Be Nice to accomplish just that.
